We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead the seamless migration of enterprise data for our B2B clients in Melbourne Victoria, New Zealand. As the driving force behind project success, you’ll orchestrate every aspect of the migration journey, guiding the team towards key milestones while maintaining a keen focus on scope, quality, budget, and timeline adherence. The ideal candidate for this pivotal role is a strategic visionary with a track record of excellence in project management, adept at fostering efficiency and innovation to deliver transformative solutions. At the heart of this position is the responsibility to oversee the end-to-end execution of enterprise data migrations, utilizing expertise in data migration processes and ETL methodologies to ensure a smooth and successful transition for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise data migration projects from planning to execution, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
• Utilize expertise in enterprise data migration and ETL processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and drive project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate key meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
• Mentor team members, provide guidance on best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Report on project status, budget, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data migration, with a deep understanding of ETL processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex data migration projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
